With a commitment to excellence, we are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us identify and engage with potential customers, ultimately driving our sales growth.

Job Overview: As a Business Development Representative at Senew Tech, you will be a crucial part of our sales team, responsible for generating and qualifying leads. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential prospects, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to set up sales opportunities for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various sources, including online research, industry events, and targeted outreach.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with leads via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our products/services and create interest.
  • Qualification: Assess the needs and purchasing authority of leads to determine their fit for our solutions.
  • Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and overcome objections.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for our Account Executives with qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record lead information and interactions in our CRM system to track progress and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Business Development Representative role or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong Sales and management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge in business development is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
